While the cats away . . . .

OK, I am back and I am not happy.  This is not just a game, it is a way to
change habits for good.  Mary seems to think when the trainer is away there
is no reason to keep to her plan.  That just does not cut it.

Mary reports that she ate what she wanted at one party and that affected her
weight.  Ok, maybe a little I would buy.  But if you train all week and eat right all
week, splurging once is not going to be a disaster.  It is being consistent all week that
really counts.  I see a pattern of ignoring eating right and training for most of the week
and making up for it with a good two or three days.  So naturally when you eat too much at
a party on Sunday for a weigh in on Tuesday you do not see good results.  Just doing
what you have to at the end of the week to have a decent weigh in is disturbing.
Maybe you can make it through the contest that way, but it shows there is no real
change at a deeper level.

Eating right and getting good exercise
is not something you do for a few days a week to win a bet.  It
is what you do for the rest of your life because it will make life better.

So it is what it is this week, but let's see real change in the future, not just ok numbers.
Last week the Tuesday weigh in was 194.9 lbs.

This week the weigh in was 197 lbs, up 2.1 lbs.

This means a penalty of -$50 from the Hawaii fund
and a lot of hard work to get back to square one.

$700
